The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has recently released an update that #ninenewforms (MSME, BEN-2, MGT-6, IEPF-1, IEPF-1A, IEPF-2, IEPF-4, IEPF-5, and IEPF-5 e-verification report) are shifting from V2 to V3 on July 15, 2024, at 120 a.m. Moreover, the company's e-fillings on the V2 portal will be disabled starting July 4, 2024.

Kindly note that the #v3portal is not available from July 13th, 2024 (120 a.m.) to July 14th, 2024 (11:59 p.m.). Excluding the above nine forms, the rest of the fillings can be done.
